Effective 2026. By accessing or using Matrix Credit Fix services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
To access our lending, insurance, investment, and wealth management services, you must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident of a supported jurisdiction, and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding financial agreements. Certain products carry additional eligibility requirements — investment advisory services may require minimum asset thresholds, while mortgage products require verified income documentation and property appraisals.
All loan products including personal, home, mortgage, education, business, and auto loans are subject to credit approval and underwriting assessment. Interest rates are determined by creditworthiness, loan-to-value ratios, market conditions, and product type. Rates may be fixed or variable as disclosed in your loan agreement. We reserve the right to modify rates for future applications based on market conditions, though existing loan rates remain locked per your signed agreement.
All investment products including mutual funds, gold investments, and stock investments carry inherent risk including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Matrix Credit Fix provides advisory recommendations based on your risk profile but cannot guarantee specific returns. Investment decisions are ultimately yours, and you should carefully review all prospectus documents, risk disclosures, and fee schedules before committing capital to any investment vehicle.
Insurance coverage across auto, health, home, mortgage, life, business, burial, pet, and travel products is subject to underwriting approval and the specific terms, conditions, exclusions, and deductibles detailed in each individual policy document. Matrix Credit Fix acts as a licensed insurance broker — we facilitate policy binding but are not the underwriting carrier. Claims processing, coverage disputes, and policy modifications are governed by the issuing insurance carrier's terms.
Wealth management services including investment management, estate planning, risk management, retirement planning, tax optimization, and education planning carry fees ranging from 0.75% to 1.25% annually on assets under management, billed quarterly in advance. Additional planning fees may apply for specialized services like trust establishment or complex tax structuring. All fees are disclosed in writing before engagement and require your explicit written approval before deduction from your portfolio.
Digital payment services including credit cards, mobile wallets, P2P transfers, payment gateways, debit cards, and bill payment are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors. Transaction limits, processing times, and fee schedules vary by service type. We are not liable for delays caused by banking networks, payment rail congestion, or third-party processor outages. Chargeback disputes are handled per card network regulations and may require supporting documentation from you.
Debt relief services including consolidation, settlement, and bankruptcy guidance require full financial disclosure and strict adherence to negotiated payment plans. Settlement programs may temporarily impact your credit score, and forgiven debt may have tax implications. Bankruptcy guidance is educational in nature and does not constitute legal advice — you should consult a qualified bankruptcy attorney before filing. Program completion requires meeting all negotiated terms with creditors.
Home warranty coverage for appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing is limited to items explicitly listed in your service contract. Auto warranty coverage for vehicles, mechanical breakdowns, and repair costs is subject to plan tier, mileage limitations, and parts exclusions. Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic damage, and items failing due to lack of maintenance are typically excluded. All claims require diagnostic evaluation by authorized technicians before repair authorization.
All financial transactions including loan disbursements, insurance premium payments, investment contributions, and digital transfers require your explicit authorization through multi-factor authentication, biometric verification, or signed documentation. Transactions are settled through regulated financial networks and may be subject to holding periods for fraud prevention. Once authorized and processed, transactions generally cannot be reversed except in cases of confirmed fraud or regulatory intervention.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any financial product, digital feature, or advisory service with reasonable notice to affected clients. Material changes to service terms will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. We may immediately suspend services in cases of suspected fraud, regulatory non-compliance, or security threats. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance, and critical services maintain backup infrastructure to minimize downtime.
Matrix Credit Fix's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from financial services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost investment opportunities, market losses, or business interruption. Investment losses due to market conditions are borne entirely by the client. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by Matrix Credit Fix Finance.

Client-generated content including financial documents and communication records remain your property, though you grant us a license to process and store such content for service delivery purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
